I don't come with a prescribed methodology. I come with a point of view and the conviction that every person and every organisation deserves their own space to work things out, not a framework retrofitted to fit them.

That means I tailor everything. The questions I ask, the pace we move at, the shape of the work itself. It also means I'm honest about fit. If I don't think I'm the right person for what you need, I'll tell you, and where I can, I'll point you toward someone who is. I'd rather walk away from the wrong engagement than do work that doesn't genuinely help.

  • When you need experienced judgement, fractionally, I bring 12+ years of diverse Marcomms experience both in-house and in agencies, across reputation building, issues/crises management, and executive communication.

    I embed part-time as a senior communication lead — shaping reputation strategy, sharpening positioning, advising leadership, and stepping in when the stakes are high. You get the presence and counsel of a seasoned communications leader, versed in strategy and hands-on approach, without the commitment of a permanent role.

    For founder-led businesses navigating complexity, commercial drag, or a growth moment that needs sharper direction and a senior partner, I am one-half of the Fractional Growth Team at CoInside.

  • Communication is an important skill which has become more so in the age of AI. Like most skills, it improves with the right kind of practice and deteriorates without it.

    I design and run practical workshops that strengthen how teams write, speak, and present. Best in small groups, the focus is on fundamentals that make a real difference: clarity, judgment, audience awareness, and presence.

    Sessions are built around your team's specific context (not generic modules) and are designed to be immediately usable.
