I don't come with a prescribed methodology. I come with a point of view and the conviction that every person and every organisation deserves their own space to work things out, not a framework retrofitted to fit them.

That means I tailor everything. The questions I ask, the pace we move at, the shape of the work itself. It also means I'm honest about fit. If I don't think I'm the right person for what you need, I'll tell you, and where I can, I'll point you toward someone who is. I'd rather walk away from the wrong engagement than do work that doesn't genuinely help.
